1 Introduction & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the de99 platform and all its services. By accessing our services through the de99 website, application, or any other digital channel, you are considered to have read, understood, and fully agreed to comply with these Terms.

These Terms are drafted for users in Bangladesh and are based on the laws and regulations of Bangladesh. de99 reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time. If you continue to use the platform after any amendment, you will be considered to have accepted the revised Terms.

2 Definitions & Terminology

The following terms used in these Terms carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" — The de99 website, services, and all associated digital channels.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who has opened an account on de99 or is using the platform.
• "Account" — A member's registered personal profile on the platform.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional financial benefit offered by de99.
• "Deposit" — The process of adding funds to a member's account.
• "Withdrawal" — The process of removing funds from an account.

3 Registration Eligibility

To open an account on de99, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age ("for those aged 21 and above only").
• You must be a real individual and open the account in your own name.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

de99 reserves the right to reject any registration or close any account, particularly if the above conditions are violated.

4 Account Security & Password

You are solely responsible for keeping your account secure. It is essential to keep your password and login details confidential. de99 will never ask for your password by phone or email.

• Do not share your account login details with any third party.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify the de99 support team immediately.
• Using another person's account or transferring an account is prohibited.
• The user is solely responsible for all activities carried out using their account.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

de99 reserves the right to verify the identity of members when required. As part of this process, a national identity card, passport, or other valid documents may be requested. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until identity verification is complete. Failure to provide the correct documents may result in account suspension.

6 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds into de99: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for all methods).
• Deposits must be made only from the member's own registered payment account.
• Depositing using a third-party payment account is strictly prohibited.
• Once a deposit is successfully completed, the funds are reflected in the account.

7 Withdrawal Terms

Members may request a withdrawal from their account balance at any time. The following terms apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer).
• The applicable wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

In the event of suspicious activity or suspected fraud, de99 reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal and conduct an investigation.

8 Welcome Bonus Terms

New members at de99 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will add ৳1,000 in bonus funds for a total balance of ৳2,000; depositing ৳32,000 or more will give the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, bringing the total to ৳47,000.

A 20x wagering requirement applies to this bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only (not the deposit and bonus combined). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in total bets must be placed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after wagering is complete are withdrawable.
• de99 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• Collecting bonuses using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

9 VIP & Cashback Program

de99's VIP program has five tiers. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is as follows:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

VIP tier is determined based on a member's overall activity and engagement on the platform. Regular and active participation is required to move to a higher tier. de99 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program.

10 Permitted & Prohibited Activities

Users of the de99 platform must refrain entirely from the following activities:

• Attempting to collect bonuses or rewards through fraud, deception, or dishonest means.
• Operating an account using software, bots, scripts, or similar technical tools.
• Attempting to collect or access the account information of other members.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting unauthorized access to de99's systems or breaching security.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusive behavior toward other members.
• Using or distributing the platform's intellectual property without permission.

In the event of any of the above violations, de99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account and, where applicable, take legal action.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

de99 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false information during identity verification.
• Operating multiple accounts or transferring an account.
• Evidence of fraud or dishonest activity.
• Evidence of account use by a minor.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the de99 support team. Before the account is closed, any legitimate funds will be returned subject to the applicable withdrawal conditions being met.

12 Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content on the de99 platform — logos, designs, software, games, text, graphics, and other media — is protected under the exclusive intellectual property rights of de99 or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, publication, or use of this content for any commercial purpose without written permission is strictly prohibited.

13 Limitation of Liability

de99 accepts no liability for the following:

• Losses caused by technical errors, network outages, or server downtime.
• Losses resulting from a member inadvertently disclosing their own account information.
• Delays or issues caused by third-party services or payment gateways.
• Service interruptions due to natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances.

de99 always strives to provide uninterrupted, error-free service. However, temporary disruptions may occur for technical reasons — in such cases, de99 is committed to restoring service as quickly as possible.

14 Privacy & Data Protection

de99 places the highest importance on protecting members' personal information. Every transaction is secured using SSL encryption and modern security technology. Details on how members' information is collected, stored, and used are provided in our Privacy Policy. Members' information is not disclosed to third parties except to improve services or to meet legal obligations.

15 Responsible Gaming

de99 firmly believes in responsible gaming. Gaming is a form of entertainment — it should not be considered an alternative source of income. We advise members to follow the guidelines below:

• Set a fixed budget and do not spend beyond it.
• Do not place additional bets to try to recover losses.
• Never let gaming affect your day-to-day essential expenses.
• Use the self-exclusion or limit-setting features if needed.
